Paediatric Anaesthesia CME
Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists, Nagpur City Branch has Organized “CME on Paediatric Anaesthesia” on 22nd July 2012 at Hotel Airport Center Point. The main aim of CME was providing guidelines for making satisfactory perioperative environment which promotes the safety & well-being of infants & children by reducing risk of adverse effect. The faculties were Dr. Pradnya Sawant, Head of Department of Anaesthesia , B.J. Wadia Hospital for Children and Research Center, Mumbai, Dr. Nandini Dave, Additional Professor, KEM Hospital, Mumbai & Dr. B.M. Rajurkar, Director of Gatewell Hospital & consultant Anaesthesiologist Nagpur. President Dr. C.S. Cham delivered Welcome Address. The Chairpersons were Dr. Sunita Lawange, Dr. Anil Londe, Dr. Komal Likhar, Dr. H. Rahetekar & Dr. S.K. Deshpande. while Dr.Narendra Tamhane & Dr.Rahmi Shingade were chief co-ordinator. Hon. Secretary Dr.Sheetal Dalal proposed Votes of Thanks. The CME comprised of series of lectures & Panel discussion which coverd suggested techniques, monitoring methods, regimes of fluid management & new advances in paediatric pain management.. Almost 130 delegates from Nagpur & nearby cities attended CME. President Dr. C.S. Cham & his executive team worked hard to make this CME a grand success.
