
BPCL-ISA NCB Collaboration: Successful COLS Training for Office Staff
The Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists, Nagpur City Branch (ISA-NCB) partnered with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) to conduct a Comprehensive Onsite Life Support (COLS) training program on 20th February 2025. The event empowered 35 BPCL office staff and petrol pump workers with essential life-saving skills through interactive demonstrations and hands-on practice.
Event Highlights







Expert-Led Training
- Dr. Pallavi Meshram (Associate Professor, GDC Nagpur & ISA-NCB Executive Member) conducted the session.
- Interactive PowerPoint presentation on emergency response protocols.
- Hands-on mannequin demonstration for practical skill development.
Active Participation & Engagement
- 35 enthusiastic participants, including BPCL office staff and petrol pump workers.
- Focus on basic life support (BLS), first aid, and emergency response in workplace settings.
Leadership & Coordination
- Mr. Anil Morey (BPCL) and Dr. Umesh Ramtani (President, ISA-NCB) coordinated the program seamlessly.
- COLS chart donated to BPCL team for future reference and training.
