Intercollegiate Skit Competition during Ether Day Celebration

ISA–NCB organized an intercollegiate skit competition during Ether Day celebrations where postgraduate anaesthesiology students from six medical colleges participated creatively.

As part of the Ether Day celebrations, the Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists – Nagpur City Branch (ISA–NCB) organized an intercollegiate skit competition to encourage academic engagement and creative expression among postgraduate students.

The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from Junior Residents (JRs) and Senior Residents (SRs) of anaesthesiology departments from six medical colleges. The skits were designed to highlight the importance of anaesthesia in patient care, the critical role of anaesthesiologists in the healthcare system, and awareness about emergency life-saving practices.

Through creative storytelling, dramatization, and humor, participants effectively communicated important medical messages, making the event both educational and entertaining.

The activity provided a valuable platform for young anaesthesiology trainees to showcase their talents, while also reinforcing awareness about the vital contributions of anaesthesiologists in modern medicine.
