ISA Nagpur City Conducts COLS and Industrial First Aid Training at RAN Chemicals, Khapri

The Department of Anaesthesiology, IGGMC Nagpur, in association with ISA Nagpur City Branch, conducted a comprehensive COLS and Industrial First Aid training at RAN Chemicals, Khapri, training over 70 employees in life-saving emergency response skills.

On 03 July 2025, the Department of Anaesthesiology, Indira Gandhi Government Medical College (IGGMC), Nagpur, in collaboration with the Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists – Nagpur City Branch (ISA NCB), successfully conducted a structured Cardiac Life Support (COLS) and First Aid Training Program at RAN Chemicals, Khapri, Nagpur.

The program was specifically designed to enhance emergency preparedness within industrial environments and empower factory personnel with essential life-saving skills tailored to workplace hazards.

More than 70 factory employees and staff members actively participated in the training, reflecting strong institutional commitment toward safety and preventive healthcare practices.
