As part of its public awareness and emergency preparedness initiatives, the Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists – Nagpur City Branch (ISA-NCB) organized several activities focused on CPR training and life-support awareness for healthcare workers and the community.
One such Basic Life Support (BLS) training program was conducted at JSK Private Hospital, Saoner by Dr. Pooja Kanthawar.
The session witnessed the participation of approximately 25 paramedical staff members, who were trained in the fundamentals of Basic Life Support and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
During the program, participants received hands-on CPR training, enabling them to practice correct chest compression techniques and understand how to respond effectively during cardiac emergencies.
The activity aimed to enhance emergency response skills among paramedical staff, ensuring they are better prepared to handle critical situations and provide timely life-saving assistance when needed.
