On 10th October 2025, a Basic Life Support (BLS) training session was successfully conducted at JSK Hospital, Saoner. The program aimed to strengthen life-saving skills and promote awareness about timely emergency response among healthcare professionals.
The session was led by Dr. Pooja Kanthawar, who delivered an informative PowerPoint presentation covering the fundamentals of BLS, early recognition of cardiac arrest, and the importance of high-quality chest compressions. The theoretical session was followed by an engaging hands-on demonstration on a manikin, allowing participants to practice correct CPR techniques under guidance.
A total of 15 participants actively took part in the training, making the session interactive and skill-oriented. The practical exposure helped build confidence and reinforced the importance of immediate action during medical emergencies.
