A paediatric surgical rural camp at Gadchiroli District Hospital successfully performed 28 surgeries and conducted BCLS training for healthcare staff, enhancing surgical care and emergency preparedness.

On 4th October 2025, a Paediatric Surgical Rural Camp was organized at District Hospital Gadchiroli, delivering specialized surgical care to children in the region.

The anaesthesia services were led by Dr. C. S. Cham, Governing Council Member of Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists (ISA National), who played a key role in ensuring safe perioperative management.

In addition to surgical services, a BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) demonstration was conducted for hospital staff and auxiliary healthcare workers. Dr. C. S. Cham delivered a comprehensive lecture-cum-demonstration, followed by hands-on training sessions using mannequins.
