The activity aimed to equip future healthcare professionals with essential life-saving skills and emergency response knowledge. The academic session included a lecture on BCLS and Compression-Only Life Support (COLS) delivered by Dr. Kirti Gujarkar, who explained the principles and importance of early intervention during cardiac emergencies.
The practical component of the program featured hands-on training using mannequins, conducted by Dr. Sachin Makade, Dr. Vrishali Panchalwar, and Dr. Shweta Bulle. Students actively participated in practicing CPR techniques and chest compressions under expert guidance.
