On the occasion of World Anaesthesia Day, a Basic Life Support (BLS) training activity was organized at Saraswati Kidney Center, Nagpur to promote awareness about life-saving emergency response techniques.
The program witnessed the participation of approximately 35 to 40 attendees, who actively took part in the hands-on CPR training session. Participants practiced chest compression techniques on mannequins, enabling them to learn the correct procedures for responding to cardiac emergencies.
The activity was conducted under the mentorship of Dr. Pallavi Meshram, who guided the training and ensured that participants understood the importance of early intervention and proper CPR techniques.
During the program, Dr. Sweety Pasari delivered a short talk on the significance of World Anaesthesia Day, highlighting the vital role of anaesthesiologists in modern healthcare and the importance of spreading awareness about life-saving practices.
The event successfully combined education, awareness, and practical training, reinforcing the importance of Basic Life Support skills in healthcare settings.
