The Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists – Nagpur City Branch conducted a Compression-Only Life Support (COLS) Training Program for students and staff of JAI BAI School, Chhaoni, Nagpur, on 30th August 2025.
The activity was organized in collaboration with the Central India Doctors Association (CIDRA).
Participation and Training Details
- Around 150 students, along with teachers, participated in the program.
- The training included a lecture and interactive demonstration.
- Hands-on practice was conducted on a mannequin to ensure practical understanding.
The session was conducted by:

- Dr Nafees, ISA–NCB Member
The training was highly interactive, with students actively engaging and asking questions.

- The COLS Chart of ISA–NCB was handed over to the school for display within the premises to promote awareness.
- The President of CIDRA, Dr Riyaz Aamir, appreciated the association’s efforts in spreading life-saving awareness.
- The activity was coordinated by Dr Asif Qureshi, Hon. Secretary of CIDRA and Senior ISA–NCB Member.
