International Women’s Day Debate & Motivational Talk by ISA–NCB
The Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists – Nagpur City Branch celebrated International Women’s Day on 10 March 2026 at Dr. M. T. Paithankar Hall, IMA Nagpur. The event featured a debate competition and a motivational talk built around the theme “Don’t Confine – Let Her Shine,” promoting gender equality and women’s empowerment.
The debate competition attracted active participation from members, who presented perspectives on gender roles, equality, and professional growth. Judges Dr. Anjali Bhure and Dr. Pratibha Deshmukh evaluated the presentations.

- Runner-Up: Dr. Pankaj Machwe and Dr. Swapna Bhure
Dr. Sapna Sharma, an international counsellor and life coach, delivered the motivational talk “Finding Me,” inspiring attendees to explore self-identity, build inner strength, and focus on personal and professional growth.
The programme was led by Dr. Sachin Makade (President) and Dr. Vrishali Panchalwar (Hon. Secretary), supported by dignitaries including Dr. Chandrashekhar Cham and Dr. Sheetal Dalal.
