ISA–NCB conducted a Community-Oriented Life Support (COLS) training session at Government Hotel Management College, Nagpur, targeting students and teaching faculty in a setting that hosts large gatherings and events where medical emergencies can occur.

Hotel management professionals regularly work in high-footfall environments — banquet halls, restaurants, conference venues — making them ideal first-responder candidates. The training empowered participants with the confidence and skills to act swiftly during cardiac arrests, choking incidents, and other life-threatening situations.

The session included hands-on CPR practice on training mannequins, awareness about the Panchrakshak protocol, and instruction on how to summon emergency medical services effectively. Faculty and students participated with enthusiasm, engaging actively in the demonstration segments.
